Order Processing
Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST will be processed the next business day. Once processed, a shipping confirmation will be sent with tracking details.
Shipping Methods and Fees
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and delivery location of your order. We offer the following shipping options:
- Electric scooters: 1-7 business days
- Parts and accessories: 1-14 business days
Shipping fees are non-refundable once the order has shipped. Please review your order carefully before confirming your purchase.
International Shipping
We currently only offer shipping to U.S. addresses.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, we will provide a tracking number via email. You can track your package through the carrier's website.
Shipping Delays
While we strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible, delays can occur due to weather conditions, carrier issues, or during high-volume periods. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or other external factors.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order is lost or damaged during shipment, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. We will file a claim with the carrier and work with you to resolve the issue.
Return Conditions
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return items under the following conditions:
- Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving the product.
- Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition. Items that have been used, altered, or assembled are not eligible for return.
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@drivetronscooter.com with your order number and the reason for the return. You may be asked to provide photos of the item in its original condition.
- If the product is defective or damaged upon receipt, we will cover the return shipping costs. If the return is due to a change of mind or other non-defective reason, the customer will be responsible for return shipping costs.
- Once the return is approved, you will receive instructions for returning the product. Please ensure that the product is securely packaged for return shipping to avoid damage during transit.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected. Please allow 5-14 business days for processing.
Please note: Certain items may be ineligible for return, including but not limited to:
- Items that have been customized or personalized
- Opened or used batteries
- Items purchased during promotional sales or clearance
