Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving the product. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
General shipping times are as follows:
- Electric scooters: 1-7 business days
- Parts and accessories: 1-14 business days
Shipping times may vary based on your location. Get accurate estimate on checkout.
Currently, we ship only to U.S. addresses. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or internationally. Stay tuned for updates.
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number by email. You can track your package on the carrier's website.
Our warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship for the following products:
- Frame: 2 years
- Batteries: 1 year
- Chargers: 1 year
- Other parts (excluding consumables and wear-and-tear components like tires): 1 year from the original date of purchase
Damage from misuse or accidents is not covered. Contact customer support to initiate a warranty claim.
