Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving the product. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.

General shipping times are as follows:

  • Electric scooters: 1-7 business days
  • Parts and accessories: 1-14 business days

Currently, we ship only to U.S. addresses. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or internationally. Stay tuned for updates.

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number by email. You can track your package on the carrier's website.

What is covered under warranty? Toggle Icon

Our warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship for the following products:

  • Frame: 2 years
  • Batteries: 1 year
  • Chargers: 1 year
  • Other parts (excluding consumables and wear-and-tear components like tires): 1 year from the original date of purchase

Damage from misuse or accidents is not covered. Contact customer support to initiate a warranty claim.
