- Batteries: 1 year from the original date of purchase
- Chargers: 1 year from the original date of purchase
- Other parts (excluding consumables and wear-and-tear components like tires): 1 year from the original date of purchase
What is Covered
The warranty covers:
- Defects in materials or workmanship in the product or its components
- Parts that fail due to manufacturing defects under normal use
What is Not Covered
The following are not covered under this warranty:
- Damage caused by misuse, accidents, neglect, or improper maintenance
- Wear and tear from regular use (e.g., tires, brake pads)

- Damage due to exposure to extreme weather conditions (e.g., rain, snow)
- Battery degradation due to overcharging, misuse, or lack of maintenance

Warranty Claim Process

DriveTron’s liability under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective part or product. We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Exclusions
This warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is non-transferable. It applies only to products purchased directly from drivetronscooter.com or authorized retailers.
